CURIOUS ON LIFE the blog with Rebecca Guevara Wingler
I am a visual artist who used to drink lots and lots of wine.
I know that alcohol can create a dark hazy fog around your creativity, your confidence, and your truth.
I think that when we change a life style, and there is transformation, the silence can feel terrifying.
I also believe this silence holds the potential to become a sacred gift.
Why:
Because, it is an invitation to go deeper.
A time to ask ourselves meaningful questions and truly listen for the answers.
If you have been following me, you know how much I value creative spaces for this kind of inner work.
Spaces where presence matters more than perfection.
Art becomes medicine. Focus shifts from control to process.
Allowing what is true to Unfold..
You think alcohol gave you artistic energy?
It was always you.
When we work together I help you to remember how to access the creative muses without the numbing.
Aware without the fog of alcohol, together we explore inspiration, sensuality, emotion, and beauty with fresh eyes and a clear heart.
Coaching and Art go together.
