There's something incredibly therapeutic about dipping a brush into paint and letting it dance across a canvas or watercolor paper. It's like a release, a way to escape from the noise of the world and dive deep into the realm of creativity.
Simple practices to engage our attention and intention to fully blossom and express. Creative expression is one of these practices. As we discover the magic within, we embark on a more expansive life.

what you'll need
2 hours of uninterrupted time
2 - 3 containers of water
painters tape or masking tape
scissors/ pencil/ pen
clean rags or paper towels
watercolor paint student level 4 - 6 color tubes or powder of your choice
watercolor paper - 9 x 14 inches - 140lb artist paper for students
2 -3 brushes
round, flat and angled, however you can use just your favorite brushes
